Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Last week I was watching a Zoella vlog where she made delicious looking cookies. I deiced to try them out!
I had to convert everything because Zoella used a different measuring system than we use here in the U.S. but I think I got it pretty close. I used:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 3/4 sticks of butter
  • 2 eggs (Zoella used only 1 but I prefer 2)
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar ( I do have brown sugar, half granulated sugar)
  • 3/4 tea spoon of baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Mix butter and sugar in a bowl then add the eggs.
In a separate bowl mix flour, coco powder, and baking soda.
Slowly add the dry mixture into the butter/sugar/egg mixture.

Bake for 12 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit. Makes 24 medium sized cookies.

There will be a video on this recipe coming soon!
