Kale Chips

I've tried kale chips in the past but wasn't really a fan. Recently at a friends house I had spicy homemade kale chips and I was converted. They were just soo delicious and super easy to make.
I've also started adding sauteed kale to pasta, cooking it really takes the bitterness away.

You literally just have to wash/dry some kale then toss it in oil, salt, and red pepper flakes then bake. I baked it at 300 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.


 Finished product is crispy, spicy, and delicious
