I try to do at least 20min of yoga everyday but since starting a new job where I have to get up at 7:30am 5 days a week I have only done yoga on the weekend. I did however step it up with my yoga and did a super tiring Jillian Michaels yoga video. It's only 35min but she really works you out.
I do want to do more yoga then just on the weekend so I am going to start taking hot yoga classes again with Yoga to the People. Ideally I want to go 3 times a week but we'll see how long I can keep that up. I normally hate to sweat but I just love hot yoga, it's so relaxing and the heat make you more flexible and afterwards I feel refreshed and detoxed. I stress out a lot so yoga is the perfect thing for me. I think everyone should try hot yoga at least once.
