Saturday I had some chopped roma tomatoes with potatoes and a boiled egg. It was super simple, I had store bought prepared potatoes so I just had to boil an egg and chop up some tomatoes, sprinkle a little salt and voila, lunch.
Sunday's lunch took a little longer but was still really simple. I cooked some white rice then sauteed garlic, onions, and peppers in olive oil then tossed it all together. It was seasoned with salt and pepper then I added a tiny bit of hot sauce. Delicious!
